fAz Azam, President & CEO

fAz is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and operations of Northern Digital Solutions.

Most recently, he served as Chief Information and Technology Officer for ETHIC, A Wealth Bank, with responsibility for overall technology strategy and execution, including the delivery of an omnichannel digital platform providing an integrated banking, lending, and investment experience.

Before ETHIC, fAz was Chief Technology Officer at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), where he was responsible for technology, architecture, and cybersecurity. He also led the Fund Services and Infomediary Systems divisions supporting institutional banking and asset servicing platforms.

Prior to BBH, he was Chief Architect at ACI Payment Systems, providing architecture and technology leadership for large-scale global payments products across retail banking, corporate banking, and risk domains. Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where he led the development of a high-value commercial payments gateway supporting multiple formats, transaction types, and security controls.

fAz holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from NED University.
